Paula Millan

Paula Millan was born in Bogota, Colombia. She moved at a young age with her family to Katy, Texas. From a young age she was interested in becoming a lawyer. She attended The University of Texas at Austin and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2017. That same year, she became a U.S. citizen. In 2021, Ms. Millan received her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, she interned in Bogota, Colombia with the Colombian government in the money laundering department. Ms. Millan is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Prior to joining The Kiechler Law Firm, PLLC, she clerked at the Lubbock County District Attorney’s Office in the Appellate Division. Ms. Millan joined The Kiechler Law Firm, PLLC in April 2021. She has handled misdemeanor and felonies in Lubbock County and the surrounding counties throughout the South Plains.
Paula Millan is devoted to providing the best quality service to all her clients. Communication between her clients and their families is a priority for her. Outside of work, Ms. Millan enjoys travelling around the world and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Luna.
